1) We are looking for someone to work at the front desk and assist with medical tasks at a acupuncture clinic in the Irvine area. You will work together with the current staff to assist with patient guidance, appointment management, telephone duties, marketing tasks, and other related responsibilities.

Students currently enrolled in a acupuncture school or who are interested in learning about hospital work are also welcome.
Proficiency in English is required.
Computer skills, including the use of electronic health records (EHR), MS Office, and other software, are necessary.
Previous experience in the service industry or office work would be beneficial.
Applicants must not have any disqualifying factors for employment.
Candidates should possess a warm and helpful attitude towards patients.
Preferred qualifications include experience in a medical billing or hospital/clinic setting experience.
This is a great opportunity for acupuncture students or medical field students to learn about clinic working systems (training will be provided even without prior experience).

We are seeking an acupuncture practitioner license and 1-5 years of experience.
Our system focuses on musculoskeletal treatments and provides effective pain management and rehabilitation. We believe that growing together will benefit each other, so our team will share knowledges and experiences and discuss about patient cases in weekly meetings. We welcome who are interested in researching and advancing musculoskeletal treatments, as well as those with experience in detox diets and facial acupuncture.

Depending on your experience, we would like to train together for the first 2 weeks to 1 month, conducting treatments jointly, and then have you capable of independent practice. (If necessary, the training period can be extended.)

Fluency in both Korean and English is required.
