We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dean of Academic Affairs to lead and coordinate the overall academic operations of our University. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and documentng consistent and effective processes for faculty hiring and evaluation, curriculum development, student progress, tutoring, admissions, and general academic administration.
Key Responsibilies:
• Direct and oversee the academic operations of the University.
• Develop and implement effective processes for faculty recruitment and evaluation.
• Lead curriculum development and ensure alignment with academic standards.
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies for academic success.
• Oversee tutoring and support services to enhance student learning.
• Manage admissions processes to atract and retain a diverse student body.
• Collaborate with university leadership to achieve academic goals.
Qualifications:
• Graduate degree in Education or Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
(Accredited Doctoral Degree preferred.)
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in educational administration within a university setting.
• Strong English writting skills.
• Fluency in Korean is preferred.
Benefits:
• Salary $80,000 to $100,000/year
